How can i pay for somthing i didn't receive

Hellopeter In March I've apply for wifi home router at VOXtelecom, my application was successful. In April a courier company call and where in Uptington i am because the have my package. I told them i stay in Port Nolloth so they say they only go till Springbok but they'll call me back for arrangements so i need to ask someone's to sign of the package. They did not call me back and i have not received anything at all. Now Voxtelecom sent me balance inquiry statements i need to pay my contract. Vox call me and i told i have not received my router and i not going to that is not in my use and ask the to cancel the contrat but they can't assist me with my problem.
