HORRIFIC SERVICE

I am absolutely furious with vox. I have been struggling since January as I have been paying for a 100 mbps line and have not been getting those speeds. I contacted vox and informed them I would like to cancel my contract with them and they refused as they said it is a one year contract and I will have to pay a cancelation fee. I then decided to upgrade my line as I need it to work. I upgraded to a 200mbps line however the speeds were still a problem. It was eventually discovered that evotel router was the problem and they gave a new one. We were told we would be credited for the months we have been paying for the speeds we have not been receiving however last month I was cut off and then told evotel refuses to credit my account. I have once again been disconnected as I don't feel it is fair that I should keep paying when I have not been getting the correct speeds. Yes I do understand that I have entered a contract however vox has also and they have not kept up their end of the contract either. I would like someone to pleas contact me with regards to passing my credits. I have complained to evotel and they insist they are not to blame. I want my credits passed as now I have been disconnected and need my internet and I cannot get a new isp as vox is my isp that is connected to the Fibre line. I want my credits passed and to be reconnected today. I feel it is absolutely disgusting that I have to pay my full amount however I do not get the correct speeds and it has been well documented on my account how many calls were made and how many complaints. Nobody at vox gets back to you including management and it appears that nobody cares beyond collecting money. I sent countless emails requesting an update of my credits land not one person could respond to me. Disgusting service. Vox blames evotel and evotel blames vox and atvthwd end of the day I have to keep paying and get no refund despite having lost countless hours of work. Yes the problem has been sorted out now but I have lost so many hours of work during the months of January and February and I feel it unfair that I must just keep paying and get no compensation for the problems that I have had.
