Horrific service!

Disappointing and horrific service from the Vox team. It's endless network issues, calls and emails with no feedback, there's never anyone to assist and calling through it rings forever as though you calling a house phone!!! When one gets through they take your details but their sales team NEVER call back.

I have accepted a quote for mesh system rental at the end of March, I have been calling and emailing numerous times and to-date they just haven't bothered in replying my emails or calling me. Working from homes become a nightmare, I live in a small apartment yet don't get signal all over my unit, trying to sort it with a mesh system but vox clearly couldn't be interested in assisting with this. But without fail my account gets debit on time each month.
