Horrible Terrible company think twice

Horrible service, Think twice before you ever think of dealing with these clowns, just read the reviews. We had fibre installed at our premises, since then the cables have sagged and is now lying on the ground, after numerous failed attempts we get called today to notify me that they will fix it but I my own cost. I struggle to grasp that I must be held responsible for the ****ty installation. I have requested to have my contract cancelled and would probably have to pay for, but I will out of principle see an attorney for this. Untill then watch social media as I will be branding my vehicle in vox and vumatel livery to advertise how terrible this company is. Feel free to ask and I will submit photos as well as ticket numbers. Vox you guys are the worst.
