Horrible Service Vox!

I have been struggling with Vox for months to release my telkom line as I have relocated and want to cancel my telkom line.

In these trying times I am still paying my telkom line so I don't get listed in ITC.

Thousands of Rands spent paying my telkom line because Vox Telcom cannot do what I have requested numerous times.

Emails sent and many phone calls made & no joy to date.

Thank you for the cancellation request online, case was received,on Telkom's side, we are unable to cancel the landline ***) as you have an ADSL with another ISP.

Please request your ISP to release the line after which you can request a cancellation with Telkom.
