Horrible service received

I do not recommend VOX Fibre. After 4 weeks of constant back-and-forth, they still have not assisted me or even placed my order. The amount of time wasted trying to get this sorted has been incredibly frustrating and has caused significant inconvenience. It’s been a complete waste of time and resources. Even a week after I posted a Google review about the issue, there has still been no progress or assistance. Extremely disappointing service.
