Horrible service from Vox
Disconnected my line when they weren't supposed to and haven't reconnected it. Been trying to reach the technical help desk everyday. This is unacceptable!

We received feedback that the link has been reinstated , however the ONT shows powered down on Vumatel portal.
Kindly note that we have received confirmation that the Support team did attempt to assist with the connectivity problems experienced. Unfortunately we were unable to reach you on the nominated contact details on the account. However, SMS and email notices were sent to advise that we have not been able to make contact to assist with the troubleshooting.
Unfortunately the request had to be closed as we were unable to reach you.
