Horrible service from Frogfoot & Vox

They both have such horrible service.

I app**** for fiber for home from the 20th of February, I already had router and everything.

It now the 1st of March, still nothing is done.

VOX Support desk is useless, either puts you on hold or doesn't know what going on.

It unfortunately Frogfoot service my area, ZOOM is way better, even if I change Vox it will be the same issues.
