Horrible service

Vox in Durban is not a company that has customer service,they take forever to help their customers ,and keep dishing out a million excuses as to why and who they waiting on to get you going ,I’ve been a customer for almost 2yrs +- and it’s just hectic I personally would not recommend Vox to anyone it’s a nightmare!
