Horrible service AND WiFi

Their service is horrible. I’ve had to restart our router multiple time and each time after an hour the WiFi goes down and stays slow for a while. At one point it was even to slow to actually do a speed test. My housemate is our account holder and because of this, I can’t get a hold of their support team to assist me. And with this Corona virus going around, how can I work from home if my WiFi is so horrible?
