Horrible service and experience at VOX
If I could give 0 stars I would..... In 2023 we contacted Vox to give us a quotation for WiFi. The rooter was delivered by the courier company. And we never heard from Vox again. They never send something to install the rooter and we never had any service from Vox. I emailed them to confirm the cancellation of service we never received. After receiving an email to confirm cancellation and a statement of R0 outstanding in 2023 I was so glad to be done with this horrible company. In March 2024 Vox debited my account with R2000. This was the biggest shock to me and I had to go to the bank and reverse it. Do yourself a favour and NEVER USE VOX.
