Horrible service and customer care

Terrible experience with Vox telecom.

Getting the connection alone took over a month. The cancellation of their services also proved to be a nightmare.

I sent notice to cancel their services. They responded with a email saying they will pick up their hardware on the 3rd of October. On the stipulated date, I received no call from themselves or the courier company. I then get an email from a Courtney saying my account is in arrears and that I need to have the hardware delivered to them. I tried to explain that I received no communication from them or the courier but because the courier said they tried to contact me that’s what they are going with. I’ve asked numerous times to be provided with proof that the courier company made attempts to contact me and she refused citing the POPIA. PAPIA how when I’m asking them to show records of them or the courier company CALLING ME?? With date stamps???
