Horrible service 😒 😤

I am ****ed!!! I got my simcard last year December, I tried using it on my Mifi. They told me the Sim will not work on Mifi. Then on January I got a router but still it didn't also in my phone, It shows no internet. They keep on telling me no the problem is the router and its old. So then why can it not work on the phone also?. I called multiple times no call backs no replies on my emails. I canceled the contract, Now I have to pay R500+ for a Sim I didn't use. Ndiyaqheleka kodwa! 🚮🚮🚮🚮
