Horrible service

Dealing with Vox Telecom's customer support and Customer Zone is extremely frustrating. The representatives on the phone are unable to resolve issues and only escalate queries.

In January, I was without service for almost the entire month, and now they are unable to restore my service.

This situation is very frustrating, and I am seriously considering cancelling my contract since I am not receiving any service anyway.
