Horrible service

If you love your sanity DO NOT ever make use of the services it's the worst experience if ever had with Fibre companies.

I had an account with them for two years and I couldn't cancel my registration until the two years was finished. In May this year (12th) to be exact my Fibre just stopped working. I made so many calls, I was sent from pillar to post because no one could understand what the problem is Vox and Vumatel blamed each other until both their technicians could fix it. I ended up canceling my account and they sent my a cancellation letter now they handed me over.

I called a few times and I still don't have an answer. Even the team leader of accounts is avoiding me I left numerous messages. I would never recommend there services to anyone
