Horrible service
Been down for more than 24 hours, have called 7 times, over 12 hours with no one calling me back. Called this morning to have my call dropped twice! Got hold of a lady that can’t give me an estimated time of reconnection. R300 airtime wasted with still no answer. Will definitely be looking for another provider. This is pathetic.

Fault is linked to a fibre break. No ETTR can be confirmed at present .
Vumatel engineers are attending and further feedback will follow once this has been resolved.
