horrible service

Very disappointing don't and will not recommended this company to anyone!! We signed up with them for a internet and voice solution for our company and now have not been able to call or receive calls for the LAST 5 DAYS!! Phoned the sales representative asked him for feedback this morning which he failed to do and now doesn't even answer my calls!!!
