Horrible service

This has to be my worst experience with a SP that I just joined a month ago, I was sold a package that clearly stated that I will pay R448. I specifically asked if this was a month to month and there won’t be a double payment and I was assured there’s no such. Suddenly an invoice is sent to me with an amount of R881 & only now I am told by a representative that they charge prorated payment. I explained to her that I was not told that, she said we’ll speak to accounts?? Excuse me? Are you NOT in customer service? Can you not on your side do it on my behalf? I am in customer service and I do that for my clients until the issue is resolved? It’s not doing to tarnish anyone’s name, it’s simply assisting a customer to make payment arrangements as per her email. Anyway I am not surprised by this service from Vox, all they’re good at is sending you endless emails and texts but they don’t reply and now my fibre is off because NO ONE wants to answer. I referred 5 people to the agent who signed me up and I will not do that because the service is poor.
