Horrible ethics!
Horrible provider! Signed up asking all the details I would like to know about the month to month Fiber connection! So I just moved, unplugged all of my equipment with the idea that I will be getting a new Vox connection at my new residence, now they would like for me to pay for another month or 2 and then pay a R2500 cancellation fee, which was never my intention, I never wanted to cancel but rather just activate the service at my new address. This was never explained to me and is apparently somewhere in the t's and c's. I will NEVER recommend the service to anyone, I would rather recommend family and friends to look at alternative options.

Thank you for your query.
As per the Subscriber Agreement, Vox waivers the Set Up and Configuration/ Installation Fees upon signup on the condition that the Service remains active for a minimum period of 12 months.
The element of the Service that is comprised of the provision of the Circuit is provided to the specific address set out in the Subscriber Agreement with a Circuit leased by Vox from a network operator. Accordingly, the provision of the Circuit is not transferrable to another premises.
Notwithstanding that the cancellation is necessitated by relocation, Vox needs to recover such costs associated with such cancellation.
We will investigate the matter and provide feedback to you soonest
