Horrible Customer Service

Worst after sales customer service ever. I have now been trying to speak to a manager for over 7 weeks. There is never one available when I call. When I did eventually get a number for someone it is never picked up. I am still having unresolved issues and at this point would rather use another service that would actually value me.
