Horrible Customer Service
********** Customer Service.
We’ve been using vox for a few years now and when there are long power outages and the lights come back the wifi doesn’t work… when we contact them we sit through 10 minutes of IVR! self-service options when we need actual technical support.
We got through to someone who sounded like they’re working from home… they put us on hold for 15 minutes saying “Let me check the line” and hung up on us!
