Horrible customer service!

I have used their services before, years ago and the customer service had gone so far down the drain! I can't get anyone to reply to emails, take calls where they'd actually do something about the issue while on call and being over charged on statements days before you have to pay them without being able to contact anyone to resolve billing issues! Dealing with this company has been such a headache. Their top-ups and upgrades used to be so simple with very fast, knowledgeable and helpful staff - now you have staff who have no idea what the products are or services that they have on offer, the customer portal doesn't work the way it should and you have their staff calling at random times even after asking for communication via email instead.
