Horrible and disgusting service

So I sent an email two days ago that can I please on the 20th cause now I have an surgery to go to and have to pay a co payment on my medical aid. No one responded and today they cut the service. Also no one calls you. This us the horrible service. I will no longer use you guys. Currently putting you on social media right now
