Horrible after sales service from Vox KZN.

We have been with Vox for several years and never had the greatest support service from them however after signing a new deal which they said they could get installed and ready before a certain date, we have been absolutely horrified by the entire team. A technician came out and did the installation and left without informing anybody if the system was live or offering any support to get it running. I personally phoned and emailed support and asked why we were not live. After no responses to emails and no returned calls to date (about 2 weeks later), we tried to contact our account manager who passed us to a project manager and knowing we were almost unable to trade without the solution, went on leave without assisting us and better yet telling us that they don't know who can assist us. How does everyone go on leave at most customers busiest time of year when support is most needed? We are a relatively large group with almost all our sites with Vox but we are now looking at transferring all of them to a company who can offer after sales support.
