Horrible aervice

I requested for the portable router to be collected. The driver on the day gave me a missed call and then when I tried to call him back he said he is already on his way somewhere else. Now I’m being told that I will be billed 2.5. That can never happen. I have that router boxed and ready to be collected. I am not paying that amount for that router. It’s not even worth that much. Come and collect your router please.

So no feedback on my complaint. No call, no nothing, please come and fetch your router. Perhaps I should log a complaint on your CEOs linked in account, maybe I would be taken seriously.
