********** Service by Vox Telecom

I am being charged by Vox Telecom for service not rendered. I ordered VoIP and fiber to be installed but communication was sent to a wrong client.They failed to install fiber and to assist with Voipt activation, and yet they want me to pay. I am now being sent invoices even after their consultants told me that they have cancelled their service. This is company is by far the worst service provider in the country.
