Horific and ill business practice.

Absolutely horrible and ill business practice. No compassion shown. Only greedy sharks that don't care about people. Quick to throw huge invoices and threaten with leal action. I missed 1 payment which would've been paid in full end of April, a invoice of R900 all of a sudden shot up R15k.... Termination of agreement with no warning or 30 days notice. Then an additional R9K for non return of equipment which is vox's duty to arrange a courier to collect at my convenience. This is really bad and I'll practice. I've always been on good standing with vox, payed outstanding invoices in full all the time if I was late. Now I'm being treated like this. I have taken this up with the consumer protection act and all relevant parties. I will not be pushed over and will practice my rights as a consumer. I hope the CEO/BOSSES are happy with this kind of treatment.
