Home Affairs has better service than Vox
Spent a month with Vox sales trying to get Teams Operator Connect for a new business. After a month the vetting department said the business needed to pay the full contract price to receive the service. Get this, it's a month-to-month package that can be cancelled at any time. Unless the business paid 12 months ahead, they wouldn't approve it. Sales people are avoiding calls. Were very happy to answer during the initial process but now - to query their vetting department or suggest alternative ways to assist - they are silent.
Very disappointed in Vox. They led me on for 4 weeks thinking all was fine and that the contract would be approved just to drop the business at the last moment. Their efficiency is appalling. It took them 4 weeks to just get to vetting, on 3 operator connect licenses. There are still 3 more stages of the process after vetting before the solution is actually configured! I heard bad things about Vox from friends but shrugged it off as "just that particular department or experience". Turns out it's the majority of the company.
I would rather go sit in a Home Affairs line than deal with these guys again.
