High Overseas Ping on Vox

Horrible service. Poor latency to overseas servers on fibre. They state that they don't guarantee overseas performance/latency, but that doesn't change the fact that everyone I know trying to play League of Legends has 225 ping with packet loss whilst others on other ISPs have a constant 170-180 ping.

They will phone you to simply tell you they don't guarantee overseas ping and do nothing about it. It seems that they have oversubscribed their fibre.

My advice: do not choose them as your ISP, even though their prices are the most attractive. Spend the extra R100 or so and get a better service.
