Held Hostage by Vox - FTTH customer

I signed up with Vox for Fibre to the Home on the 01 September 2022. Since being activated for my package, I have logged 100 support tickets, including replies on their portal for poor connectivity. In my last support engagement, I did indicate that if this is not fixed and maintained on the 20th of August, I will initiate cancellation. I logged a cancellation ticket on the 30th of August 2023. Vox has cancelled my Fibre services, however they have not assisted with releasing the fibre link with Vumatel. I have had countless calls with Leanne and emailed Jacques du Toit for support; further to this, I called again today and Loyisa asked me to hold on and instead ended the call. There has been zero commitment from Vox to release the link. My new ISP has confirmed they can do nothing until Vox releases the Fibre link with the Fibre owner, Vumatel. Vox state clearly in their T&Cs that they require 30 days (Calendar days) Notice for cancellation. And they are now invoicing me claiming early cancelation which is not the case.

I work from home and require stable connectivity to execute my job. Thanks to Vox, I am purchasing data bundles to hotspot to work..

The quality of service has been most appalling. I would NOT recommend Vox Fiber to the Home to anyone.
