HEARTLESS AND USELESS BUNCH OF COMPUTERS

This is the most heartless company i have ever worked with, a couple months back my son was diagnosed with an incurable lung disease called PCD, costing us almost R250 000 in hospital and Dr. bills. I was instructed by our doctor that we would have to move or rip up all the carpets where we were staying (we were renting) this was not a possibility so we ended up having to move. I tried to cancel the month to month account, i was then told i had to give one months notice and then i get told that i have to pay the balance of the account which somehow for 2 or 3 months amounted to around R3k. I accepted this having no clue how to challenge it, i have been attempting to make payment arrangements with these people and everytime i get told sorry we wont accept what you can afford you have to pay full amount within 3 months which is an impossibility for me and my situation. I have taken it upon myself to make my own payment plan with the father of my son who has agreed to kindly assist me and i have notified them of this as they have threatened lawyers which they are expecting me to pay for. I REFUSE TO PAY FOR LEGAL COSTS DUE TO VOX TELECOM'S NEGLIGENCE AND INABILITY TO BE HUMAN BEINGS.
