Heartfelt Gratitude! 😊

I have been dealing with Vox Telecoms for the past few weeks and I have been through a bunch of mixed emotions.

I then spoke to a gentle soul called Lehlohonolo Matsemela. I expressed my frustrations at him and he lended me an ear without interrupting me. He then took my details and checked my account and told me that he will help to resolve this query. This was just before I the end of the year. He asked me to reach out to him on the 2nd of Jan which I did and he has been helping me with my query and he even went an extra mile by coming through to get the serial numbers from the router to support his request. Through this whole process I would be one of the customers that he checks in with and in the evening when he knocks off. Mr Matsemela has been really professional, empathic, and he kept the communication lines open regardless of how busy he would be. He returns calls when he misses them and he updates you even if he doesn't win with his team, I must say I would have continued to let go of this contact and he saved this for VOX. He is proudly holding the companies flag up and I hope he is recognized for his hard work, friendliness and product knowledge. He goes above and beyond for customers and I say this because I have had other people express their gratitude for his kind service. May he be blessed for his kindness and efficiency and the I'll pull all the stops to ensure we get this right attitude! 😊
