Heart attack inducing service
I sent an email to cancel service due to dissatisfaction. They did not respond for 2 full month. When they finally did, I was told I would have to pay cancelation fee (even though its not a contract) plus the hardware would be collected. Was sent an invoice and statement. Then when debit order was due, I was debited R2550 for the fibre and the cancelation fee. Don't know if this is legal. But people be warned. Im so glad I will no longer have any connection to them.

The second person asked if they could assist me with reinstating the debit order. I don't understand why an employee at Vox would tell me that I should contact Vox to find out why I was being charged a cancelation fee when the hardware would be collected.
