Having been very disappointed with my local Vox office for their failure to execute my transfer from another service provider. I was very impressed with the service received from Marius Tawse to help me set up the connection. He certainly offered me understanding and was patient until everything was set up, tested and in working order. Certainly changed my opinion on Vox Telecom after a such disappointing start.
