Hardly internet connection and bad customer service

I have to literally call Vox every day for lack of internet connection. Now it's everyday. I never have internet however month I'm paying them. Thier customer service is even worse they will take days to return your call when you log service calls with them. As we speak I don't have any internet and it's been hours. I regret ever signing up with them I honestly Wouldn't advise anyone to sign up with them if looking for internet otherwise you will just pay and hardly ever have internet connection
