Handed me over unnecessarily
I am not happy at all!!! I had a data package from Vox on a month to month basis as I did not order any devices from them. When I cancelled services on a 30 day notice period, they charged me an additional 2 months penalty. How is this appropriate to a month to month package however when I payed the penalty, they still handed me over to debt collectors and now I have a case file open but my account is up to date and paid in full 6 months ago.
