GREEDY

I canceled my Annual domain subscription well in advance before the automatic renewal period but they are billing me for the same domain, my cancellation fee was zero rands because I canceled well in advance but they are still debiting my bank account and yes I wrote to them and I received a lame response. I am not happy at all.
