Great service once I spoke to the right person

I would specifically like to review the assistance and customer service of Charl Conradie. I called Vox on the Friday with an issue and the first person I spoke to did not even jot down my issue correctly. When I called the PE branch on the Monday, after my fibre had still not been resolved, Charl contacted me by the end of the day and assisted me within minutes.
