Great service from Vox Telecom

My review is based upon my experience with the sales and installation teams only as I only received the service yesterday. Justin, from marketing, deserves a special thanks as he facilitated the entire process via WhatsApp. Even after the contract was signed did he assist in ensuring the installation teams arrive on specific days as the unit we had fibre installed is not yet occupied - it will only be used in a week or so when it will serve as student accommodation. Justin appreciated that every trip to the flat entailed a 300 km plus round trip, it was thus important that the two teams completed their work in one "session"
