Great Service from VOX Telecom

Our office recently took up the VOX fat pipe offer. The people I have spoken to so far - three different people - have been wonderful - Two Tech gents and the queries lady.<br> <br> All have known exactly what they are talking about and were able to answer all of my questions.<br> <br> My most recent interaction was when I upgraded to Windows 10 and had issues, sent an email to tech and they got back to me with in the hour with a solution form a forum - so they had obviously at some time researched the possible problems that would come up with Windows 10 upgrades.<br> <br> I will definitely be recommend them to everyone I speak to. They also have the ability to take over your Telkom line and you only have 24hr down time! Haven't tested this yet, but may just do that.<br> <br> Well Done VOX Telecom for a great product and excellent service!
