Great service by Waseema and Craig

I would like to commend and extend my formal thanks to two of your employees; Waseema Peters, one of your Sales Administrators and Craig Jansen, your tech representative who set up my router.

I got into contact with Waseema on Monday 31 August 2020 after purchasing a new property and expressed interest in taking up fibre to the home with Vox Telecom. Waseema assisted me throughout the process and within a few hours, everything was processed and I received the necessary updates throughout. It is clear that she put her full focus into getting my application processed. I would like to commend Waseema for her willingness to assist and for helping me. I am officially a first-time customer with Vox Telecom, after being with a competitor for the past 4 years, and based on this interaction, I doubt I will change ISPs. Thank you Waseema.

Craig Jansen was responsible for setting up and installing my router. On Saturday 5 September, I was away from home when Craig called to inform me he was at my place of residence. I requested Craig to wait for me for 10/15 minutes as I drove back home. Craig was more than willing to wait for me and upon my arrival, I was greeted by a well-mannered gentlemen. He answered most of my questions I had and too, was very professional. He did not need to wait for me, yet he did so willingly and I really appreciated his efforts.

Well done to both Waseema and Craig for getting me connected again. You two are true ambassadors for Vox Telecom, with a true passion and focus for assisting your clients. My fibre was set up and connected within 5 days of applying, which is excellent, considering the turn around times for most ISPs and for this reason, I would recommend Vox Telecom to my family and friends anytime!
