Shanice Gedulv - I received my Rooter 2 days ago by struggled to complete the installation. I logged a call etc for assistance. Shanice did call and within a few minutes of chatting , installation was completed with lots of figuring out and assistance regarding installation issue I was experiencing. And now I can use my wi-fi , thanks Shanice .
