I was very unsatisfied with my previous ISP, so I decided to switch to Vox. The salesperson who helped me is Michael Blignaut. He is very kind and went with me every step of the way - making sure I was satisfied with the contract and he made sure that the courier delivered my router. Then there was also Leisandra Govender who helped me. She was very patient. When I emailed her an old bank statement as proof of address, she waited patiently for me to get a newer bank statement and send that to her. She was quick to respond and very professional. Also, another person who helped me was Pfarelo Madadzh. She helped me to set up my router, because I struggled with it. She has a very good sense of humor and she is very patient and kind.
