Great service

While Vox probably has the worst customer service I've experienced they do have some really great consultant that goes out of their way to help. Pfarelo Madadzh was the only person to take time and really assist me while everybody else just pushed me to different departments. Vox you need to hire more people like Pfarelo Madadzh so your customers can actually get service. Thank you for your help Pfarelo Madadzh
