Great serv

It's not always that we do experience good service, as my contract time was over with vox I contract Rita van Jaarsveld to cancel my contract she asked me is there a specific reason why , I told her that I only received bad communication from the company and I'm not happy so I'm moving to a different serv provider and my contract period os over.

She did her best and convinced me to give them a 2nd change . After a long discussion i told her that I'm moving to a certain area in town and she immediately arranged the cancelation of my existing fiber line on a certain day and she then arranged for the technician to come and do a connection on a Saturday for me .

This is the kinda serv that a person want and for vox to have Rita in their team they will go a long way .
