GREAT RESPONSE

On the 24th August I complained about a Vox Special which ended prematurely. I am very pleased to report that on the very same day that I submitted a Hellopeter complaint, literally within 5-8 minutes I received a call from Vox saying that they will attend to the matter and within an hour a follow-up call, and they signed me up for the package, even though it has expired. Everything was done over the phone and today I am a HAPPY Vox telecom customer. The courtesy and efficiency was excellent. Thank You!
