Great product, great service, great everything

<p>I would like to share my experience with everything that is using different ISPs. The experience Vox Telecom in Bloemfontein is supurb. The product that they offer, the stability, the customer service and attitude, patience and everything else has been a pleasure. They state their products very clearly so you know exactly what you are getting. Most ISP give you a vague description on what the FUP and always trying to wrestle through with excuses and passing the bucket to Telkom. Not Vox, they have a set usage policy app**** in all packages. Nothing less, nothing more. Stability on speed is 95% constant, I get the full 10mbps on a 10mbps line. Unlike Mweb or Afrihost, few years ago, the told me lies, saying that I can only get 8mbps speed on 10mbps line.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just had a Live Chat with Katlego Sechaba Themba and he was very helpful and also very patient. Even though I'm constanly busy with phone calls. He even waited +10min and responded promptly when I resumed my chat.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really love using Vox and I would be saddend if they changed their ways of business. One thing in particular is that Jonathan Carstens assisted me with a migration to a 20mbps VDSL line and 200GB fat pipe. Without informing me that it was a 12-month contract, I agreed to the quote. I'm not a person that enjoys contracts as pricing of ADSL and VDSL are constantly reducing. Because the service great and pricing is acceptable, I don't mind letting this slide.</p>
