Good day, yesterday I had challenges with my internet connectivity. I called Vox and Lesedi Molopyane assisted me. He took me step by step, trouble shooted and solved the problem. His product knowledge is exceptional and knew how articulate instructions especially to a lay man like my self. All this happened towards 12 midnight. I am a happy customer
