Government department are more efficient than Vox

Appalling service. Gave notice, we set a date to collect the equipment, no one bothered, even though I had chased serval people on email and called. Then 6 months later wants to bill us, which I reversed, and now want to hand us over. I have emails probably 2 dozen people in the last 6 months. Not ONE person has responded.

STAY FAR AWAY!! RUN!!! My business will never deal with them again.
