Good service from Ruan Prinsloo

I had no connection for my WI-FI and Mr. Ruan Prinsloo stayed on line with me trying all sort of ways to restore my connection. It was the first time dealing with someone from Vox who’s happy to assist and even offered to call me back because he was worried about my airtime. Ruan is clearly passionate about his work and has excellent customer service skills. My problem was sorted.
